Hessle Road Network has some great volunteering opportunities available, we rely so much on our amazing volunteers, and couldn't deliver the quality of service we do without them.
There are many ways that you can volunteer here at Hessle Road Network: Charity Shop Befriender at the Drop In Café Events Young Parents Group Young volunteers can also help out in our younger youth sessions We supply all volunteers with DBS's and reimburse travel expenses.

Elaine enjoys volunteering in the charity shop and attending our Community Drop In session at Network. She loves talking to everyone she meets and joining in the craft sessions!

Angie's loving being in the charity shop as she's met tons of new people. She said she finds it relaxing in there and it helps with her self-confidence. You'll catch her at bingo, the pub or out with her 5 grand kids if she's not volunteering!

Lorraine worked at Hessle Road Network for over 5 years, and after retirement she still missed us enough to come back as a volunteer! You will always find her chatting and smiling behind the counter serving delicious teas and coffees during our Coffee Morning session.

Jan is a huge help and great laugh in the Thursday Coffee Morning. She recently retired as a Nurse at Hull Women and Children's Hospital and now spends her time between her family and lovely grandkids and volunteering at Network.

Lisa loves helping out at Network in sessions and the charity shop, and getting to meet new people is the cherry on top. She says that it gives her confidence. If she's not at Network, she'll be at bingo, the pub, or with her 6 grandchildren.
