Hessle Road Network is a community led organisation which was created by local residents in 1999. We offer a range of activities, projects and services through which we support local people to build friendships, confidence and self-esteem, develop new skills and reduce feelings of isolation.
Our project is based in the heart of the community we serve in a purpose built centre on Massey Street which is just off St Georges Road in West Hull.
We deliver sessions with residents of all ages from parents and children under 5, to evening youth groups for young people aged 9-24 to a coffee morning and gardening group during the day for all ages but particularly accessed by older residents. We also offer a range of volunteering opportunities including within our on-site charity shop and we also operate a small, free community gym.
