As an individual applying for a DBS once you have received your form through the post and completed it, contact us to arrange to pop in with your ID documents. See the ID documents guidance below to clarify the things you need to bring with you.

Organisation:
We require organisations to complete a letter of engagement and return to us please (form below) DBS application forms will be sent out in the post.
To make the process quicker, an organisation can nominate employees to be an identity checker, this will cut out the need for them to come and see us with their documents. Please complete the identity checker application below, and read the identity checker guidance. You will be signing a government document stating that you are sure of the true address and identity of an employee, so please make sure that you have read and understand all the up to date and relevant information provided.
