With some extra funding we were able to provide sports packs to the young parents group as well as all the young people that have been accessing Network again - a total of 45 packs! They included hula hoops, footballs, water bombs, ping pong set, bubbles and more! They couldn't have been happier and used their new sports stuff in their sessions.

The sun was shining, the blankets were placed 2 meters apart, each with a teddy to guard it and the food prepacked into little lunch bags.   We were ready to kick off our social distancing Teddy Bears Picnic

We've been making the most of the hot weather and being able to have our young people back in for the sessions by social distancing on the field. The young people had asked for water fights previously so we thought it'd be a nice surprise for them! The young people loved burning off their energy, especially when the youth workers got involved!
