Halloween Parties

The lead up to Halloween was a fun one at Network! We had tons of games, snacks and mocktails for the young people and community lot to have a go at.

We were so impressed by the costumes everyone came in we wish we'd done a competition.

Dave Duffill Can Collection Donation

Dave Duffill from the Freemasons decided to graciously donate a £50 cheque towards our project after he spent his time and effort raising the money through recycling cans. We want to give him a big congrats and an even bigger thank you! Alongside this, we'd also like to thank Phil for the continued donations to our charity shop.

20 activities and majority of the resources needed to do them (sometimes a bit of recycling old jars and kitchen rolls is required), all neatly packed away and ready to be delivered to the children's homes for October half term! Thanks to Healthy Holidays Hull for funding this year's boxes.

The young people in our Mixed Group enjoyed participating in some wellbeing activities for World Mental Health Day. They enjoyed making salt jars, sponge squishes, and doing a word affirmation scavenger hunt.

The young people took part in a picture quiz to see if they knew any black people that have been pivotal, in shaping the world we live in today as part of the work we did during Black History Month, as well as looking into racism within football.
