Children's Mental Health Week

The young people made positivity stars, writing what they loved about themselves and engaged in an 'encouragement shower' where they discussed what they liked about each other too! It was nice to see the young people encourage each other and share openly what their favourite parts of each other were and we hope its a habit they'll continue outside of the session.
