Litter Pick

Since we have been delivering small group work in the project, the Thursday group have been doing work around protecting the environment. As well as doing some upcycling, the young people decided to do a litter pick in the local area. We collected litter from around the project, on Massey Field, on the local park and near the school. The young people worked really well as a team during this and felt a sense of achievement once they had finished. The young people were really surprised at how much litter there was and were very enthusiastic to do another litter pick in the future. It was great seeing the young people getting involved in improving the area and we look forward to doing this again!
